From the first consultation to the procedure and beyond, Dr Macutkiewicz was absolutely amazing. I was very anxious but he absolutely put my mind at ease. He answered every question I had no matter how small or silly it sounded. He spent time with me before the procedure and walked me through it step by step, he then spent time with me after the procedure and told me what to expect in the following days and how best to recover. He is genuinely caring, professional, interested in the person and down to earth and nothing seems too much for him.I honestly highly recommend him. Thank you.

I am now 6 weeks post cholecystectomy, and I cannot recommend Mr Macutkiewicz highly enough. From the moment I met this wonderful gentleman in the initial consultation, I felt in safe hands. I was impressed and completely trusted this most knowledgable and experienced surgeon. Most importantly, I appreciated his kind and caring manner. I asked so many questions, and Christian always seemed to have patience and answers for me. I have some ongoing health concerns which he is continuing to provide care and expertise with. Mr Macutkiewicz has an excellent manner with patients and been extremely supportive, reassuring and clear in keeping me informed through the stages of my operation, from the pre-op through to the post op / follow up meeting. He has been proactive in following up with me and also promptly answered all my questions both in person and by email. I have had several experiences both through the NHS and privately and this has been by far the best for patient care.
